Nature of Platform

Stationary For You operates as an online multi-vendor marketplace that enables independent third-party sellers (“Vendors”) to list and sell products to customers.

The Platform functions solely as an intermediary facilitating transactions between buyers and Vendors. The contract of sale for any product purchased through the Platform is strictly between the buyer and the respective Vendor.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, NEOPADAU SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED does not manufacture, stock, or directly sell products listed by Vendors and shall not be held responsible for product-specific representations, warranties, or defects.

Eligibility

Use of the Platform is permitted only to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years of age;

  • Are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws;

  • Provide accurate and complete information when required.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if any information provided is inaccurate or misleading.

User Accounts

Where registration is required:

  • Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

  • All activities conducted through a registered account shall be the responsibility of the account holder.

  • Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

The Company shall not be liable for losses resulting from failure to safeguard account credentials.

Vendor Responsibility

Each Vendor is solely responsible for:

  • Accuracy of product information;

  • Compliance with applicable laws and taxation requirements;

  • Product quality, safety, and authenticity;

  • Fulfillment of orders and post-sale obligations.

The Company reserves the right to remove listings, restrict Vendor access, or cancel transactions in cases of policy violations or legal non-compliance.

Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance by the respective Vendor.

An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance. Orders may be cancelled due to stock issues, technical errors, regulatory requirements, or suspected fraudulent activity.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms are governed by the Platform’s Shipping & Delivery Policy, available on the website. By placing an order, users agree to the terms outlined therein.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

All returns, refunds, and cancellations shall be governed by the Platform’s Return & Refund Policy, available on the website.

Users are advised to review the applicable policy before placing an order.

Privacy

Collection, storage, and processing of personal information are governed by the Platform’s Privacy Policy, available on the website.

By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

As an intermediary marketplace, the Company is not responsible for product-related claims arising between buyers and Vendors.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEOPADAU SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms;

  • Misuse of the Platform;

  • Violation of applicable laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
